Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by transport companies Nova Poshta, Intime (or others, at the request of the customer).

The cost of delivery depends on the amount of the order.
If the amount of the order is more than UAH 3,000. and the weight of the package does not exceed 5 kg, delivery is free * for the buyer.

In the case of delivery of the order with payment upon receipt, the cost of returning money is paid by the buyer (1%-2% of the amount, depending on the carrier).

The cost of delivery of orders for an amount less than UAH 3,000. depends on the carrier's tariffs and is paid by the buyer.

Minimum order for individuals - 200 UAH.
Minimum order for legal persons - UAH 1,000.

Delivery outside Ukraine is carried out by international transport services, after agreement with the customer.

There are several payment methods:

1. Non-cash settlement (IBAN). The order is shipped after receipt of funds to the current account according to the invoice. This is the most economical option for the buyer (especially for orders over UAH 1,000). You only pay the bank commission when making the payment (usually UAH 5-10, depending on the bank).

2. Cash payment upon receipt of order (temporarily deactivated)* (for services providing such services, e.g. Intime, Nova Poshta). The cost of returning the money is paid by the buyer.

* Cash on delivery orders are processed after prepaid orders.
With a large number of orders, the dispatch of such orders may be delayed by 1-3 days.

The product warranty is provided depending on the manufacturer's policy.

In accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, an exchange/return of goods is possible within 14 days if the goods have not been used, have no signs of use, and the packaging is not damaged.

The cost of delivery of goods when returning is paid by the buyer.
